Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund and return requests for both B2B corporate gifting and B2C luxury gifting, as well as customized gifting.

1. Eligibility:

       a) B2B Corporate Gifting: Refund and return requests are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

       b) B2C Luxury Gifting: Refund and return requests are accepted for damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory items. Customized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

   1.2. Timeframe: Refund and return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.

   1.3. Condition of the Item: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any item that is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or return.

   1.4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

2. B2B Corporate Gifting

   2.1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to arrange a return and provide a replacement or refund.

   2.2. Customized Items: Customized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe there is a defect in your customized product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in returning the item for inspection, and if the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

3. B2C Luxury Gifting

   3.1. Damaged, Defective, or Unsatisfactory Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

   3.2. Customized Items: Customized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe there is a defect in your customized product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in returning the item for inspection, and if the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

4. Customized Gifting

   4.1. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a customized item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement or refund.

   4.2. Non-Defective Customized Items: As customized items are tailored to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Please note the following important points:

– Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

– Flohaan reserves the right to reject refund or return requests that do not meet the specified criteria mentioned above.

– In case of a refund, it may

 take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
