1.3. Condition of the Item: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any item that is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or return.

SHIPPING POLICY
– Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Shipping may take 6-7 business days.
– Flohaan reserves the right to reject refund or return requests that do not meet the specified criteria mentioned above.
